Government lands will be open for investment through the Tender Boards e-tendering system on their website, either as public bid or competitive negotiation.
The type of bidding will be determined based on the purpose of the investment, as follows:

A competitive negotiation will be entered into with private sector bidders for lands that are yet to be categorized. This will determine the most appropriate use of the land, upon which the first stage of this bidding process will depend on. |
